1. Booking Cancellation

You may cancel your booking by contacting Yashvi Travels via phone, WhatsApp or email. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible to help us manage vehicle scheduling.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation requests made well before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking.
• Cancellations made close to the pickup time may incur cancellation charges.
• If a vehicle has already been dispatched, additional charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If no advance payment was collected, no monetary refund will apply.

4. Changes to Bookings

Pickup time, destination or vehicle type changes are subject to vehicle availability. Additional charges may apply if the revised booking changes the scope of the original service.

5. Corporate & Government Contracts

Cancellation and refund terms for monthly rentals, corporate agreements and government contracts are governed by the signed quotation, agreement or purchase order and may differ from standard retail bookings.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Yashvi Travels is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative solution where possible.
